FAQ about cancellation
Will I receive a refund for this month?
We do not give refunds for unused memberships. You need to cancel before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for the month.
Do I need to return my white access card?
If you ever think you will be a member at our gym again, please keep your access card. If you are certain you will not be returning, you can return your access card in the drop box inside the entrance of the gym.
