We have added two more Freemotion incline trainers to our facility. We have almost completed upgraded our cardio line in the last 2.5 years! New stationary bikes and stair steppers are next!
NEW FREEMOTION ELLIPTICALS
We have added four Freemotion Ellipticals to our facility to replace our existing Nordictrack and Precor Ellipticals.
NEW DUAL CABLE CROSS MACHINE!
We brought in a Freemotion Dual Cable Cross Machine. This machine is extremely versatile and we are excited to have it at our gym.
NEW TREADMILLS & GYM WIPES!
We replaced three of our older treadmills for new Freemotion incline trainers. They have a lot of fun features for making cardio workouts more enjoyable.
We also added a gym wipe dispenser and gym wipes to help with the cleanliness of our gym.

NOW OFFERING GROUP FITNESS CLASSES!
HIGH fitness classes are becoming more popular as a great way to get your killer workout.
HIGH Fitness is a fitness class, not a dance class. It can be best described as choreographed interval training. It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense, easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (intervals, plyometrics, and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There’s no better way to describe it than “Body Sculpting Fun.” Get addicted to being fit.

We are excited to welcome Nikki as part of our team at Hyde Park Fitness. She started about a month ago and will be helping us keep our gym squeaky clean.
Nikki grew up in Cache Valley. She is a manager at Lowe’s and has been a member of Hyde Park Fitness for about 3 years. She enjoys being outdoors with her husky and spending time with her husband. She is also a big soccer fanatic.
If you see Nikki around, say hello and introduce yourself. She cares about our gym and it’s members.
